As part of Requisition services, Shift F7 provides a Warranty Management Service. This is the provision of a service to manage the repair or replacement of 'in and out of warranty' equipment that has gone through our clients' 1st and 2nd line support. For example, organising repair of the 'out of warranty' laptops with our specialist repair centre or liaising with the vendor to repair/replace 'in warranty' desktops
