"James Grant have been using Greencorn* for three years to provide additional user support and specialist support to our internal infrastructure.

In January we had a fire in our main office based in Chiswick, which fortunately left the servers operational, but all user equipment was destroyed.and specialist support to our internal infrastructure.

We only had limited SL VPN Licences, but with the help and assistance of the experts at Greencorn, we were able to quickly deploy an alternative VPN Solution that allowed users to access network resources externally, using their own equipment or new equipment that had been purchased and quickly deployed to them. In addition, the Helpdesk were able to remotely install and configure the VPN solution for our users which meant that despite the devastation of the fire, to all intents and purposes, we appeared to run ‘business as usual’ from an IT perspective."
